About the Project

We acquired this property at a very favorable price before Amazon became the primary anchor tenant. We felt strongly that all leases were well under market rates, and with the presence of Amazon as a new tenant, we were able to charge higher lease rates for all of the tenants.

The ability to charge higher rates was accomplished through an in-depth interview that showed all of the current tenants had a long-term commitment to the building with a serious amount of equipment and infrastructure investment in their existing space.
